What is sold here?

Is shipping free, and how long does delivery take?

Free shipping is available only when checkout shows it. Preparation usually takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit; these are not guaranteed timeframes.

Can I return or exchange an item after changing my mind?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, request a mail return or exchange for a non-defective item, including a mistaken selection or preference change. The item must be new, unused, in original condition, and returned with its packaging, tags, and accessories.

What are the return costs and refund timing?

The package includes a free return label, and we charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

What if an order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect?

Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Wait for authorization before mailing anything.
